Terms of Service

AutoProvera reads publicly posted used-car listings that you submit by link (for example from polovniautomobili.com, mobile.de, and autoscout24), analyses the photos and text with automated systems, and returns a dossier you can also export as a PDF report. The Service also includes:

• A condition assessment and a check of the seller’s claims
• A valuation and a list of items to verify in person
• An AI car finder and a vehicle valuation
• Sell now: a sealed 12-hour auction to verified dealers
• An import cost calculator, and the option to request add-on services such as import handling, transport, and diagnostics, which are quoted individually and contracted outside the online checkout (section 6)

Dossiers, valuations, price bands, import costs, and finder results are generated automatically from visible evidence and market data, including by third-party AI models. They are estimates and opinions, not facts, guarantees, or professional advice, and they may be incomplete or wrong. Anything the photos cannot show is not verified.

The Service uses only publicly available information: listings publicly posted on classifieds sites and submitted by you as a link, and photos you upload yourself. It does not inspect the vehicle, does not access vehicle registries, VIN history databases, insurer or police records or any non-public data source, and does not replace a physical inspection by you or a qualified mechanic. You are responsible for every purchase, sale, or import decision you make.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Dealer accounts must belong to a registered business.

Buyers use the Free plan or the paid Plus and Premium plans. Free includes a weekly allowance of real scans, valuations, and finder runs; after the allowance, demo results are shown and clearly marked. Failed scans do not count against your allowance.

Dealers use Starter, Pro, or Enterprise desks, billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on the pricing page. Card payments for plans, desks, dossiers, and credit packs are processed through our online reseller Paddle, the Merchant of Record for those orders (section 13); Enterprise desks may also be confirmed by our team and invoiced. A plan or desk starts when the payment clears or the confirmation is issued.

A full photo dossier is a one-time credit bought on the pricing page at the price shown, VAT included. A credit is consumed when the full scan starts and returned if the scan fails. We do not store card details.

Prices, allowances, and fees may change with notice on the pricing page; changes apply from the next purchase or billing period. Refunds and cancellations, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers on unused subscriptions, are described in the Refund Policy at autoprovera.com/refund-policy, which forms part of these Terms.

A Sell now auction invites verified dealers to place sealed bids on your vehicle for 12 hours. Bids are not visible to other bidders. Opening an auction is free for the seller.

Accepting a bid is an agreement to exchange contact details and negotiate in good faith; it is not a binding sale contract. AutoProvera is not a party to the sale and does not take title to the vehicle. A reserve price, when set, blocks acceptance below it. You may re-list a vehicle after a 24-hour cooldown, up to three times.

The dealer whose bid is accepted owes an auction fee set out in the dealer agreement, payable before contact details are exchanged. The auction fee is a platform fee invoiced separately to verified dealers by Mladen Milićević PR Digital Bridges; it is not a product sold through the online checkout.

Import handling, transport, customs clearance, registration, diagnostics, insurance, and warranty services are quoted individually and confirmed before any commitment. They are not sold through the website checkout or through Paddle: each service is contracted and invoiced separately by Mladen Milićević PR Digital Bridges or by the partner that performs it, under the quote or contract you receive. Some services are performed by third-party partners under their own terms, which we identify before you order.

Do not submit listings you have no right to share, upload photos you do not own, upload malicious code, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, circumvent allowances, bid without the intention or ability to buy, or use the Service to harass or defraud anyone. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Listing photos and text belong to their respective owners and are processed only to produce your dossier. You retain the rights to the vehicle details and photos you upload for a valuation or auction and grant us a licence to host, process, and show them to dealers where you ask us to. The Service, its models, prompts, designs, and data compilations belong to us or our licensors.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that a dossier is accurate or complete, that a valuation will be achieved, that an import cost will match the customs assessment, or that a dealer will bid. Customs rates, transport costs, and fees are indicative defaults and are not customs, tax, or legal advice.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, lost profits, or the cost of a vehicle purchased, sold, or imported in reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or €100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Apple and Google distribute the mobile app but are not parties to these Terms and have no responsibility for the Service or its content.

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account, or in the portal under Settings → Delete account. Access ends immediately on every device; the data we keep afterwards, and for how long, is described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Sections 2, 8, 9, and 12 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are subject to the competent court in Belgrade, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders of digital products. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Digital products sold this way are the Plus and Premium buyer plans (monthly or yearly), the Starter and Pro dealer desks, single full photo dossiers, and dossier credit packs. Paddle’s checkout terms apply to those orders alongside these Terms and the Refund Policy.

Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms and are refunded through those stores.

Import handling, transport, customs clearance, registration, diagnostics, insurance, and warranty services, as well as auction and marketplace fees for verified dealers, are not sold through Paddle. They are contracted and invoiced separately by Mladen Milićević PR Digital Bridges or its partners, under the individual quote, the dealer agreement, or the partner’s contract.
